霜降至，寒风起。又一年的秋天接近尾声，而随地霜华等于最汜博的告别。
霜降（Frost’s Descent）是二十四气节中的第十八个气节，秋季的临了一个气节。
Frost’s Descent (Shuang Jiang) is the eighteenth solar term in theChinese traditional24 solar terms,It is the last solar term in autumn.
霜降频频是在每年的10月23日到10月24日，这个时刻太阳直射点到达天文经度210度。
"Frost's Descent" usually occurring on October 23 or 24 each year, when the sun reaches the celestial longitude of 210 degrees.
此时天气也曾变得精辟，地面开动有霜。
At this time, the weather had turned cold and frost is beginning to appear on the ground.
一候豺乃祭兽
The first pentad: jackals making offerings of the beasts.
真谛是此气节中虎豹开动拿获猎物，以兽祭天。
二候草木黄落
The second pentad: the plants turning yellow and shedding leaves.
此时，树叶王人枯黄掉落了。
三候蛰虫咸俯
The last pentad: all insects going dormant.
蜇虫全在洞中不动不食，垂下头来插足蛰伏现象。
吃柿子

霜降时节，偶合柿子成绩，是以好多方位也有霜降吃红柿的习俗。
吃苹果

霜降后的苹果糖度高，果肉也会变得更脆。
吃梨
Eating pears
霜降期的另一种推选生果是梨子。吃梨可促进体液分泌（利尿），清热化痰。
吃板栗
Eating chestnuts
板栗性暖、味甘，对柔润脾胃、活血、止咳化痰有很好的功效。霜降时吃板栗，成心于身体健康。
吃鸭子
